What are the standard payment terms?

Terms of payment will be set out in the account offer letter and vary according to company policy.

What is myLogic?

myLogic is a free online account to access and monitor your account on a 24/7 basis with fleet management reports. You can view invoices, transactions, prices, pin reminders and send secure messages to your account manager.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

You can download up to 2 years worth of invoices on myLogic. Alternatively contact the Fuelogic team on info@fuelogic.co.uk or  01376 574 410.

I suspect my card has been lost/stolen - What should I do now?

If you suspect your card has been stolen then you must inform us immediately.

You can report this on myLogic, by phone on 01376 574 410 or e-mail info@fuelogic.co.uk

I wish to order new cards - How can I do this?

To order new cards please log on to myLogic, alternatively please call 01376 574 410 or email info@fuelogic.co.uk with the details of the new card(s) you require e.g. with/without registrations, fleet numbers, etc.

Are there any hidden transactions or fees?

No! We pride ourselves on being transparent and will only charge you for the product you draw. We do not have any transaction fees. There is no minimum usage or contract on the Fuelogic card. All companies, no matter the size, can take advantage of our fuel card accounts, subject to successful credit checks. However, should you have a bad credit score we can provide other options for you.

What is myLogic?

Please view our site locator to view our variety of networks. If paying at the kiosk, be sure to ask the operator to verify the status of your card before you draw fuel.

Do your cards require the use of PINs?

The Fuelogic cards require the use of PINs at most sites. Please bear in mind that some pumps will be automatically locked if the PIN is entered incorrectly 3 times. If further incorrect PINs are entered, then you will need to contact Fuelogic on 01376 574 410. We strongly recommend that you do not write the PIN on the card, as in the event of your card being lost
or stolen this will increase the likelihood of fraudulent fuel being drawn, which you will be responsible for.

Are registration numbers compulsory?

They are not compulsory, but highly recommended. If your drivers often use different vehicles, then embossing driver names onto the cards will be most suitable for you. Occasionally, some customers prefer to emboss the registration and the driver's name on the same card.

Is there an out-of-hours telephone number?

Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm & Friday 8:30am - 5pm. During these times you can call us

on 01376 574 410.

What other products can be purchased on the amlogic cards?

All of our partners have various options of products added to fuel cards. Products that are not quoted in your weekly fixed price may have a surcharge. To avoid unwanted items on your invoice you can restrict your fuel cards to only allow certain products.
